This is down-to-Earth guide geared towards helping you make some real changes in your life. The group I am working with will have only a limited amount of instructional time, so we will not be able to complete more than four or five lessons and none of these activities stand alone. Just to give a few examples, I never REALLY understood Russell's paradox until I read Halmos' explanation (which he presents on page 6 of the book). Nothing I saw there was as heinous as what is revealed in this book. This book is well written and you can easily pick it up and go to the page you need. This is a wonderful introduction to traditional Chinese medicine. I purchased this used, removed from circulation at a public library. You can feel his sense of validation increase as the story continues, with Merritt successfully completing all the rigorous (and I mean RIGOROUS) training and lifestyle required o
