As with all of White's books, this one is meticulously researched and written in a journalistic style. I have been looking for my next Ayurveda cookbook and this is put together so well, so complete, and intuitive to traverse! Upon purchase, I sat down and read it cover to cover. I suspect a philosopher might want more extensive and detailed discussion of the exact relationship of reverence with the other virtues, such as justice and wisdom. This exercise will automatically make u take fuller breaths, there by increasing your vitality. I don't ordinarily read a lot of mysteries, but the ghost twist pulled me in. My kindle reader on windows 8 wasn't working correctly, but he sent me a PDF version of the ebook upon receiving my email, and it was better than what was shown in the kindle version.
