For me, the strategies the author talked about were exactly what I needed to hear. I use to frequently to expell heat from my heart during summer, and it works. The general theme of these stories is the defense of freedom against tyranny. I was looking for a broader brush stroke. As a licensed professional myself, I am always concerned about the credentials of those who advise others on diet and health matters. I cannot wait to see what comes next because of what happened toward the end of the book!. Lentil Underground is a great book for those interested in how our food is grown and the future of farming in this country.. That's also my wish. Larson has basically paraphrased a significant portion of the SERE manual, with personal twists and experience, and given a 'basic military text (Tech Manual)' for 'initiates'.
