Like Rich, I didn't like myself and tried to deaden the fear and pain in various unhealthy ways. I am trying to find a real good BizTalk book but can't, I mean a book like those that I have for Oracle, by Tom Kyte (by they way Tom Kyte helps write a lot of the Oracle docs so he just refers his readers to those docs and does not copy them again in his books)..
