Other good points: John Updike introduction and good biographical information by Lee Lorenz. Don't want to give anything away.. I'm new to Ayurveda and found this book to be really helpful, easy to use and not at all intimidating. I would say after reading most of the authors books you come to know what to expect. Even better were the explanations that followed every question. I just visited my daughter and my granddaughter (3 yrs) and am buying this book once again. The U.S. My library places this novel in the fantasy category. The geometry of the folds is mediocre but better than the drawings themselves, which are surprisingly poor. Thankfully, I am satisfied and I'll keep that book.
