Some of the general discussion is just too vague for me, but that could just be me. If you want more, most of the books linked to this one will do a better job.. A wonderful book that teaches us how to rethink and become whole in mind, body, soul & spirit. He does a very good job of describing the scenery that is Red River Gorge and the surrounding area to the point you close your eyes and you can visualize what he has described in great detail. This has been a huge topic of study for me for the past few years, and this book is by far the most important and truly the most beautiful. I highly recommend this book.. The sections are:
