Being new to the world of BizTalk, I find myself depending on this book more and more as I develop. Although it didn't identify the target age group on the book's cover, some web sites list it as 8 to 12. Vegan for Life shows that it's not impossible for everyone eat, and stay, vegan.
In my opinion, this book renders all other books on vegan nutrition written to date useless (not because other authors necessarily wrote bad books, but because this book incorporates the latest and greatest). The illustrations were realistic and full of details.
The information in the book seemed accurate. How outrageously silly!
