REVIEW :
Ten Minutes from Home is a beautifully written book by an author who has clearly left it all on the page when it comes to love and loss. This was a decent story, but it seemed like every page was constantly describing or explaining how this alien world worked or why they thought what they did. Great book to look up minerals, their hardness levels, their crystal structure etc. There is some basic information about Ayurveda up front, but the bulk of the book is centered on both seasonal and everyday recipes. They just add a wonderful and interesting flavor to the dishes and I bet they are very healthy! Th recipees are very easy. It is the text book used in my class. It doesn't even seem like I am even reading about the same people anymore. Sorry dude, this hippy was not impressed. I teach urban ag at Metro State Denver and students in a class of 25 might have two who even know what to do w
