Actually, I was interested to know more about cognitive behavioral therapy and for that why I caught this book a few weeks ago. When I found this book I was interested in reading what the cover told about it, however all it did is supply me with useless information and I wish I could get my money back for not liking it!. LOVED IT !. This may be annoying, yet each character is distinct, and there is little chance of confusing Milo, and entrepeneur, with Havermeyer, the elite pilot. It was written with remarkable frankness by a genuinely gifted and precocious human being who experienced all of the typical anxieties of her adolescent contemporaries, although almost none of the non-Jewish Dutch teenagers of that era faced the peril of deportation and therefore subsequent death in one of Hitler's various German concentration camps or extermination centers in Nazi-occupied Poland.
