I found myself rooting for him, and then almost crying when he went downhill again.

I also found things to envy him for, like his huge "extended gay family", which is something I have never had and sorely wanted to have. I had some eating and sleeping disorders. In fact it is gratitude and thankfulness that are among the most powerful emotions to align us with the larger universe.

So in the end I felt that the book did not describe the process of using intention to dream things into reality clearly enough. They routinely deny coverage to people who need it and drop coverage of people who become ill. The most alarming characteristic of "A System at RISK" is the multitude of spelling and grammatical errors that exist within the publication. I don't think this book is a complete solution to every psychological problem, but it is a HUGE step towards lasting mental healt
