He has previously authored BizTalk 2010 Recipes, Pro EDI in BizTalk Server 2006 R2, and Pro RFID in BizTalk Server 2009, and has spoken at a number of venues including Microsoft TechEd. "Get Up and Go" is a series of shots of MacKaye riding his skateboard, and "Riding with Henry" is just a few shots of Rollins driving. A bargain! This is a great way to buy books like this if you are interested in the content. Like most of the world, the rich are made that way by riding the backs of the poor and weak and this proves that fact yet again.
After reading this book I admit that I started eating meat less and I think more about what I put in my mouth before I eat it.
